Postnatal Massage

Supporting your recovery, relaxation and wellbeing after birth.

Having a baby is a huge physical and emotional transition. Once your little one arrives, it's very easy for your own needs to move to the bottom of the list.

Postnatal massage is designed to provide a little time for you — supporting relaxation and helping ease some of the muscular tension and discomfort that can come with pregnancy, birth, feeding, carrying and caring for your baby.

Postnatal massage may help with:

  • General muscular aches and tension

  • Neck, shoulder and back discomfort

  • Tension from feeding and carrying your baby

  • Supporting relaxation and stress reduction

  • Encouraging circulation

  • Helping you feel more comfortable in your body

  • Providing valuable time for rest and self-care

  • Supporting your wellbeing as you adjust to life after birth

Your baby is welcome too!

You don't need to arrange childcare to take some time for yourself. You're more than welcome to bring your baby along to your appointment. If your little one needs a feed, a cuddle or some skin-to-skin time during your treatment, that's absolutely fine. We can pause whenever you need to, with your baby's needs coming first.

This is your time to relax and be cared for — without having to be away from your baby.Your body has been through a lot. You deserve some care too.Whether you're looking for some quiet time to breathe, help with those tired shoulders, or simply an hour where nobody needs you to fetch them anything, postnatal massage is a chance to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Because looking after yourself isn't selfish — it's part of looking after your family too.
